We can test strategies and see different ways to keep adapting and\nmitigating.\u2019 \u201c\u2018By the time it gets hot in other places,\u2019\u201d she said, \u201c\u2018they can\ntake what we have learned here.\u2019\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNight is not the respite from heat in the way it once was.\nAccording to the Arizona Department of Water Resources, nights are roughly nine\ndegrees hotter than in 1948.
